The Rich Janitor Review Update: No Longer Recommended 2010

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Investment Dollars
I recently wrote and posted a positive review of The Rich Janitor. I reviewed the system saying that it appeared to be legitimate and actually could potentially deliver on its promise of helping people earn money online using article marketing techniques. While I still think the overall business plan and system offered by Mike Dougherty's The Rich Janitor seems like it could work if utilized correctly, upon closer inspection of their website I discovered a troubling inconsistency.

On the site, Mike Dougherty claims to have shown his friend his personal earnings report where he made thousands using the system he now offers through The Rich Janitor. That statement, which can be seen on their website (www.richjanitor.com as well as at the bottom of this article), clearly has the year as 2010. He reports convincing his friend to try out his online money earning system and claims his friend earned thousands in his first month after doing what Mike Dougherty suggested. Now, it's possible that this is true. However, it is inconsistent with the next image shown, which we're told is his friend's earning statement from the first month. That statement has the year 2009 on it.

Obviously that doesn't fit with the story being told on the Rich Janitor site. This throws up some huge red flags. That either means that we're being mislead, or that it's a simple and honest error, which seems less likely. If it is a simple error, that's still troubling. It hurts their credibility in the long run. After all, they should be carefully checking their site for such issues, and if they let something like that get through how are we to trust the articles they sell through the Rich Janitor System?

Unless the guys behind The Rich Janitor have a time machine we're not aware of, in which case, why aren't they selling those secrets? Forget The Rich Janitor System, how about the How to Go Back in Time System! Now that would really move product!

I have contacted the folks over at Rich Janitor inquiring about this inconsistency in order to discover whether or not The Rich Janitor System can be trusted, or if it's something you should steer clear of altogether. I will update if they ever get back to me. (Honestly, I'm not holding my breath on that one.)

There also seems to be more work necessary to make The Rich Janitor System work for you than they lead you to believe. The articles you'll be receiving will likely need rewriting for both quality of content, originality (Google doesn't take kindly to content which is not unique) and to make them more SEO (search engine optimized), so that you can expect web traffic and the money that comes along with a high Google ranking.

Until I hear back from them I am withdrawing my recommendation of their product and services. I apologize if my earlier review led anyone astray. I will always do my best to only recommend sites and products which prove worthwhile, and will continue to rigorously investigate and pull recommendations if I'm ever given reason to rejudge a company, as I have in this instance.

I now suggest you practice extreme caution should you decide to go with them, and think your time would be better spent looking elsewhere.
